Absolutely! You can send the gift box directly to your loved ones. If you’re outside Lebanon, we’ve made it easy for you; simply reach out to us, and we can arrange payment through Western Union, PayPal, or a bank transfer instead of cash on delivery. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll ensure the box is delivered with care and a personalized message if desired.
At the moment, our boxes come as curated sets to ensure the best holiday experience. However, you can include a personalized message with your order for an extra-special touch.
Delivery within Lebanon typically takes 2–3 business days via Aramex.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns are not accepted for perishable goods.
Refunds or replacements apply only if:
- The wrong product was sent.
- Items were damaged during shipping.
- Products were defective or tampered with.
- Contact info@fuaki.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
