In the heart of Batroun, Lebanon, Fuaki was born from a passion for wholesome living and vibrant flavors. Founded by Theodora Saade, a visionary entrepreneur with a love for health and wellness, Fuaki is more than just a smoothie shop—it's a celebration of vitality and community.

Ditching the 9-5 grind after backpacking through Europe, and despite the trend of leaving, Theodora chooses to return to Lebanon to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. The idea for Fuaki—a healthy smoothie haven in Batroun—begins to take shape.
However, there's a twist—she had zero previous experience in the food industry! Undeterred, she dives into the world of smoothies. From shaping the shop's vibe to crafting the mouthwatering menu, managing day-to-day operations, mastering the art of social media, to even designing the website (yes, I did!), she did it all. With amazing feedback and loyal, recurring customers impressed by Fuaki's products, Theodora's passion only grows.
